I made these double hanging hearts from a 1950's quilt and old feed sack. The hearts are tattered and the hanger is the edge seam of the quilt. So cute for the spring and summer! It has a feed sack back.
These double hearts would also be so sweet hanging anywhere in your home.

All of my fabric items are professionally cleaned and sterilized.
